Gurugram Job Summary Evalueserve is seeking an experienced Principal Consultant
- Supply Chain Analytics & AI to drive analytics-led transformation across end-to-end supply chain and procurement functions. The role requires strong expertise across supply chain planning, inventory, procurement, supplier management, logistics, operational performance, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled transformation. The ideal candidate will design and implement data-driven and AI-enabled solutions that improve visibility, forecasting, decision-making, operational efficiency, working capital, service levels, and supply-chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities
• Supply Chain Analytics & Transformation
• Lead analytics initiatives across demand and supply planning, inventory, procurement, supplier performance, logistics, and supply-chain operations.
• Identify business challenges and translate them into analytical use cases, KPIs, dashboards, models, and decision-support solutions.
• Design supply-chain control towers and performance frameworks covering demand, supply, inventory, suppliers, logistics, cost, service levels, and working capital.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, resilience, and business outcomes through data and analytics.
• AI-Enabled Supply Chain
• Identify opportunities to embed AI, GenAI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation across supply-chain workflows.
• Design use cases for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, supplier risk, spend analytics, cost intelligence, logistics analytics, and exception management.
• Develop intelligent solutions that generate insights, recommendations, alerts, and workflow triggers for faster decision-making.
• Work with analytics and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and AI solutions.




• Supply Chain Data & Digital Solutions
• Work with supply-chain data across ERP, procurement, supplier, inventory, planning, and logistics systems.
• Define business requirements, data models, KPIs, and analytical frameworks for supply-chain solutions.
• Support development of Power BI dashboards, supply-chain control towers, predictive analytics, and decision-intelligence solutions.
• Connect enterprise data with external market, commodity, supplier, and risk signals to provide actionable insights
• Procurement & Supplier Analytics
• Apply analytics across spend, sourcing, category management, supplier performance, supplier risk, and cost intelligence.
• Develop spend visibility, category insights, cost-driver models, and supplier-intelligence solutions.
• Support AI-enabled sourcing, supplier discovery, and category-management use cases.
• Translate procurement data into practical sourcing and supplier-management recommendations.
• Consulting & Stakeholder Management
• Partner with Supply Chain Leaders, Procurement Leaders, and business stakeholders to define analytics roadmaps and value-realization plans.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations and actions.
• Develop business cases and value-realization frameworks for analytics and AI initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional delivery involving business, data, analytics, and technology teams. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain,



Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, Procurement, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Analytics, Procurement Analytics, Operations Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of supply-chain processes, KPIs, and data across planning, inventory, procurement, suppliers, and logistics.
• Experience designing or implementing analytics, control towers, dashboards, or decision-support solutions.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Experience with Power BI and enterprise supply-chain or procurement data; exposure to advanced analytics, AI/GenAI, or intelligent automation preferred.
• Robust stakeholder-management and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate insights to senior business leaders Disclaimer: The above
