About the Role
The BIM Modeler / Senior BIM Modeler will be responsible for generating accurate, detailed, and coordinated design documentation in collaboration with internal design teams and external consultants. The role will involve ensuring the highest standards of drawing quality, managing assigned deliverables within stipulated timelines, identifying opportunities to improve documentation workflows, and contributing to the development of standardized design details and drawing libraries.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver accurate, error-free, and well-coordinated design drawings and related documentation across all project stages.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned drawing production and documentation deliverables.
• Coordinate with external service consultants and internal design support teams to develop coordinated design portfolios.




• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality drawings in accordance with project requirements and stipulated timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve drawing production and documentation efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain a database of well-resolved standard design details in consultation with the Vertical Head.
• Work closely with team members and consultants to ensure seamless coordination and smooth project delivery.
• Supervise and guide BIM Modelers to maintain drawing quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Identify opportunities for improving documentation standards, workflows, and drawing delivery processes.
• Continuously enhance technical knowledge and professional capabilities to contribute effectively to project delivery. Role Description The Senior BIM Modeler will work closely with the BIM Manager, Project Heads, Vertical Heads, internal design teams, and external consultants to ensure efficient and high-quality design documentation. Key aspects of the role include:
• Preparing and delivering detailed design drawings and documentation as per project requirements.
• Ensuring accuracy, coordination, and completeness of all assigned deliverables.
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants and internal teams to resolve design and documentation-related issues.
• Managing drawing production schedules and ensuring adherence to project timelines.




• Reviewing drawing outputs and maintaining consistent documentation quality.
• Developing standardized design details and building a reference database to improve drawing production efficiency.
• Supporting and guiding BIM Modelers in achieving quality and timely deliverables.
• Contributing to continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, skill development, and adoption of efficient working practices. What We're Looking For
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling, architectural drafting, and design documentation.
• Graduate qualification along with specialized training or coursework in Draughting.
• Robust technical knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Experience in coordinating with internal design teams and external multidisciplinary consultants.
• Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and well-coordinated drawings across various project stages.
• Strong understanding of design documentation standards and drawing production workflows.
• Experience in supervising and guiding BIM Modelers.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
