Role: Veeva QMS Business Analyst

Experience:
5–8 years overall, with 5+ years in Veeva Vault QMS / Quality applications preferred Domain: Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical

Remote Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Veeva QMS Business Analyst with strong knowledge of pharmaceutical Quality Management processes and hands-on experience with Veeva Vault Quality / QMS. Required Skills
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst within pharmaceutical / life-sciences Quality systems.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Veeva Vault Quality / Veeva QMS.
• Solid understanding of Quality processes, especially Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Complaints, Audits, and Quality Events.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Good understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, data integrity, and regulated system validation.
• Experience with UAT planning, test scenario preparation, defect management, and requirement traceability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with business, technical, validation, and vendor teams.
