About the Role
As an agent,



you will be responsible for auditing and validating data send by client and your primary goal will be to ensure accuracy and quick response time. Responsibilities & Skills required:
• Validating the data and accurately updating records
• Listening actively to avoid any errors
• Typing speed should be min 40 wpm
• Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO
• Documenting all interactions and details of inquiries.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Required

Skills:
• Excellent Written communication skills in English.
• Freshers or experienced are welcome to apply.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable to work from office in Mohali Location.
• Typing speed minimum 40 WPM with 95% accuracy
