Role Description An M365 & Copilot Adoption Specialist will be responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and effective use of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot across an organization. The role focuses on helping employees and business teams leverage Microsoft technologies, AI capabilities, and automation to improve productivity, collaboration, and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Adoption programs & journeys: Design and run onboarding journeys, enablement campaigns, adoption waves, office hours and success storytelling
• Data-driven targeting: Use usage and licensing data to prioritize adoption waves and professionalize onboarding
• Agent Builder & Cowork rollout: Support wave-based launches, training sessions, invitations and follow-up. For Cowork,



support pilot participants, playbooks
• Champions & communities: Support the AI Champions network and the M365 Champions community, and community
• Self-service enablement: Maintain guides, FAQs, demo scenarios and learning paths so most users can start without live support
• Communications: Plan and write adoption communications for leadership and employees. Keep a easy, maintainable communication calendar
• Measurement: Track adoption, active usage, time savings and success stories. Report monthly, for example through a Copilot pulse
• Feedback loop: Collect user feedback and feed requirements to the technical, governance and license owners
• Hand-off to makers: Spot employees ready to build and route them into the Makers Program Education, Experience and Skill-set Required
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in digital adoption, change management in M365 world
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS Teams, SP, etc.) and Copilot (Chat, Premium, Agent Builder; Cowork)
• Experience running communities, champion networks or training programs at scale in a global organization
• Comfort with usage analytics (Viva, Copilot dashboards, Excel / Power BI)
• Strong written communication; able to translate technical features into business scenarios
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
