Full time Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Lead generation specialist who has previously worked on B2B lead generation and appointment setting for Group Medical Insurance (Group Mediclaim). The candidate will be responsible for identifying corporate prospects, contacting HR and Finance decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for our corporate sales team to discuss their employee health insurance requirements. Prior experience in generating Group Medical Insurance leads and fixing appointments with corporate clients is essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to companies to generate leads for Group Medical Insurance and employee health benefits.
• Contact HR Heads, HR Managers, Finance Heads, Accounts Managers, Admin Heads and business owners.
• Schedule meetings with corporate decision-makers for the sales team to discuss Group Mediclaim requirements.
• Identify companies with existing Group Medical Insurance policies and explore opportunities for renewal, policy review or fresh placement.
• Understand basic information about prospects’ existing Group Mediclaim policies, renewal dates, employee strength and insurance requirements.
• Generate leads through company-provided databases and independently sourced corporate contacts.
• Research companies through LinkedIn, business directories and other relevant sources.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to convert initial contacts into confirmed meetings.
• Maintain an organised database of leads, call records, follow-ups and appointments.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Work towards agreed targets for qualified leads and corporate meetings.



Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience in telecalling and appointment setting for Group Medical Insurance / Group Mediclaim is mandatory.
• Experience dealing with corporate HR, Finance or Admin teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups and handling objections.
• Basic understanding of corporate employee health insurance and Group Mediclaim renewals.
• Ability to identify relevant decision-makers and generate qualified business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools.
• Experience working with an insurance broker, insurance company, employee benefits firm or corporate insurance agency will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on:
• Number of relevant corporate decision-makers contacted.
• Number of qualified Group Medical Insurance leads generated.
• Number of meetings scheduled and successfully conducted.
• Quality and accuracy of prospect information.
• Follow-up consistency and conversion of leads into sales opportunities.
