- End-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing and talent acquisition.
- Resume screening, shortlisting and interview coordination.
- Payroll processing and basic salary calculations.
- Familiarity with TDS, statutory deductions and payroll-related compliance.
- Drafting HR policies, SOPs and employee-related documentation.
- Employee onboarding, documentation and HR operations.
