Primary Objective: Serve as the central bridge between external marketing agencies and internal company teams, ensuring marketing plans, content, and branding budgets translate directly into qualified sales leads and business growth. Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Agency Management & Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing agencies; translate company objectives into actionable campaign briefs and oversee daily execution across all marketing channels.
• Director Reporting & Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Director to plan periodic marketing initiatives, present performance updates, and execute approved marketing roadmaps.
• Product Information & Content Gathering: Liaise with internal sales, product, and operational teams to gather accurate product specifications, media, and features required by the agency to create promotional collateral.
• Content Review & Approval:



Audit and approve marketing copy, graphics, social media content, and promotional videos generated by agencies prior to publication to ensure strict brand alignment.
• Lead Routing & Sales Hand-off: Monitor incoming leads and inquiries generated via website, digital campaigns, and social media, ensuring they are systematically passed to the sales team for prompt follow-up.
• SEO & Campaign Performance Evaluation: Track and evaluate the performance of SEO, digital marketing campaigns, and branding expenses against ROI benchmarks, lead volume, and traffic growth.
• Budget Tracking: Track monthly marketing and branding expenses to ensure campaigns stay within approved budgets. Requirements
• Availability Monday through Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM, in person at our office
