Role Description The Designer will work full time on-site at Sri Manakula Vinayagar Medical College and Hospital in Puducherry. This role involves creating visual designs for academic, clinical, and institutional communication materials, including brochures, presentations, reports, social media assets, and signage. The Designer will collaborate with faculty, administrators, and communication teams to translate complex medical and research concepts into transparent, engaging visual formats.



Daily responsibilities include developing layouts and graphics, refining existing materials, maintaining brand consistency across print and digital outputs, and preparing files for production or publication. The role may also support event branding, internal communication campaigns, and updates to institutional visual identity guidelines. Qualifications
• Strong skills in graphic and visual design for print and digital media, including layout, typography, and color usage.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Ability to interpret complex information and convert it into clear infographics, diagrams, and educational visuals.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple design projects to deadlines.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and consistency in institutional branding.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field; experience in healthcare or education settings is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic UI/UX principles or web design tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to work on-site in Puducherry and engage with diverse stakeholders across academic and hospital environments.
• Digital Marketing knowledge holders are preferred
