6+ years in Oracle Procurement / Oracle Fusion SCM Notice Period : IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement Functional Consultant to join our Oracle Fusion Application Managed Services (AMS) team. The role will be responsible for providing functional support, configuration, issue resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement across Oracle Fusion Procurement modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement and be comfortable working in a production support environment, collaborating with business users, technical teams, and other Oracle functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Procurement applications and business processes.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents, service requests, and functional issues within defined SLAs.
• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Procurement modules based on business requirements.
• Work extensively across:
• Purchasing
• Self-Service Procurement (SSP)
• Supplier Portal
• Supplier Qualification Management
• Sourcing
• Procurement Contracts
• Perform requirement gathering, impact analysis, solution design, and functional configuration for enhancements and change requests.
• Collaborate with business users to understand issues and provide effective, scalable solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and support documentation.
• Participate in incident, problem, change,



and release management processes.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Oracle teams including Finance, HCM, CX, and technical/integration teams.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of AMS support processes and best practices.
• Ensure all solutions follow Oracle Fusion Cloud best practices and maintainability standards. Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Procurement, including significant Oracle Fusion Cloud experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, or application support.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
• Hands-on experience in Purchasing, SSP, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, and Procurement Contracts.
• Solid experience in Oracle Fusion configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in production support / AMS environments with SLA-driven incident management.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFDi, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations and technical dependencies.
• Experience in UAT, regression testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage critical production issues and coordinate with multiple teams. Preferred
• Oracle Fusion Procurement certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise Oracle Fusion AMS environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and impact assessment.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP integrations.
