About the Role

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage Portfolio Health Check and Analysis
• Conduct regular health checks on portfolios to ensure they align with the firm’s investment objectives and risk tolerance.
• Analyze portfolio composition, asset allocation, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Evaluate market conditions and their impact on portfolio performance, recommending adjustments as needed.
• Prepare detailed portfolio analysis reports for internal review and client presentation.
• Provide Recommendations and Reviews




• Develop and present recommendations based on portfolio analysis, including rebalancing, divestment, or additional investments.
• Review portfolio performance against benchmarks and industry standards, providing insights on potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the investment team to refine strategies based on analytical findings and market developments.
• Ensure that all recommendations are in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Handle Transactions Management and Reporting
• Manage the execution of transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in buying, selling, and transferring assets.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and other third parties to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
• Prepare and distribute transaction reports to stakeholders, including detailed analysis of costs, gains, and impacts on portfolio performance. Qualifications Work Experience
• Minimum: 15 Years Required Skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and valuation techniques.
• Proficient in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
