Bangalore Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out projects at various project sites. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, designers, and clients to ensure that work is completed as per approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Check the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
• Take site measurements and verify dimensions as per drawings.
• Coordinate with the design and project management teams regarding site requirements and changes.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues and technical problems.
• Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material records.
• Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.




• Monitor manpower and allocate work according to project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
• Coordinate with clients and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to quality standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material requirements, and project-related documentation when required. Required Skills
• Good knowledge of interior execution and site supervision.
• Knowledge of civil, carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
• Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and interior layouts.
• Good knowledge of measurements and basic estimation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and site-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred. Eligibility
• Diploma/B.
E./B.
Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out/site execution.
• Candidates with experience in residential or commercial interior projects will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel to project sites within Bangalore. •
