Key Responsibilities
• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Counsel students about academic programmes and courses.
• Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Manage student data, leads and follow-ups through CRM software.
• Maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing students.
• Achieve counselling and admission targets.

Requirements:
✅ Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory). ✅ 2–5 years of experience in academic counselling or education sales. ✅ Practical CRM knowledge and working experience (Mandatory).



✅ Strong convincing and interpersonal skills. ✅ Ability to handle student queries professionally. ✅ Target-oriented and proactive approach. ?
