• Work Arrangement: Hybrid, with a preference for candidates who can work from the Pune office at least 2–3 days per week Role Overview The Veeva Network/OpenData Configuration Specialist configures match rules, data models, and workflows within Veeva Network and OpenData in line with governance rules established by the onshore team. The role builds and tests configuration changes and supports integration testing with downstream CRM systems, with attention to reference-data standards and pharmaceutical compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
· Configure match rules, data models, and workflows within Veeva Network and OpenData according to onshore-defined governance rules.
· Build and test configuration changes before they are progressed through the relevant delivery process.
· Support integration testing with downstream CRM systems.




· Apply relevant HCP/HCO reference-data standards when configuring and validating the platform.
· Consider pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including opt-out and consent flags, as part of configuration work. Required Skills and Experience
· 2–4 years of relevant experience.
· Hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network and/or OpenData.
· Familiarity with HCP/HCO reference-data standards.
· Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance requirements, including opt-out and consent flags. Preferred Qualifications
· Veeva Network certification is preferred. Work Location and Arrangement This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, with a hybrid working arrangement. Pune is the first preference, and candidates should be able to attend the office at least 2–3 days per week as required.
