Relevant hands-on Veeva RIM experience Cygnus is looking for an experienced Veeva RIM Specialist with strong functional and configuration expertise, particularly in Submission Content Plans. We are looking for an independent professional who can take ownership of Veeva RIM configuration and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate robust functional understanding of Veeva RIM, particularly Submission Content Plans. Independently configure Veeva RIM, including: Lifecycles Atomic Security Entry Criteria Action Triggers Own and manage change management activities independently. Configure and maintain Veeva RIM functionalities based on business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand regulatory submission processes and configuration requirements. Support regulatory content management and submission-related activities. Ensure effective implementation of configuration changes and process improvements. Mandatory

Skills:




Strong hands-on experience with Veeva RIM. Excellent functional knowledge of Submission Content Plans. Independent configuration experience in Veeva RIM. Hands-on knowledge of Lifecycles, Atomic Security, Entry Criteria, and Action Triggers. Proven experience in Change Management, with the ability to independently own the function. Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of Medical Technology (MedTech) regulatory submission types, including: PMA (Premarket Approval) 510(k) Submissions EU MDR Technical Documentation Candidates from a strong Pharmaceutical regulatory background are also welcome, provided they have a basic understanding of the above MedTech submission formats. Ideal Candidate: Self-driven professional capable of working independently. Strong functional and technical configuration capabilities. Good understanding of regulatory processes and submission management. Ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned responsibilities.
