We’re Hiring: HR Intern – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations | Zintlr

Location:
Bangalore, Hebbal(Ganganagar) – In-office (Monday to Friday) Duration: 4 months, with a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Zintlr is a fast-growing startup building sales intelligence products for B2B teams. We’re looking for an HR Intern to work closely with our HR team, with a strong focus on recruitment. This is not a shadowing role. You will own real hiring pipelines from day one. What you’ll do: Recruitment (core focus)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and professional communities
• Build relationships with college placement cells and drive campus hiring
• Screen resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess role fit
• Schedule interviews and act as the point of contact between candidates and interviewers
• Follow up with candidates through feedback, offers and joining, and give them a smooth experience throughout
• Maintain recruitment trackers, share pipeline updates with hiring managers,



and track key hiring metrics HR Operations :
• Support onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Assist with day-to-day HR tasks and employee engagement activities Who we’re looking for:

• Organized, structured and detail-oriented
• Strong ownership, able to follow directions and follow through consistently
• Adaptable to a rapid-paced startup environment
• High standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Keen to build a career in Talent Acquisition A background in HR or an MBA in HR is a plus, but not mandatory. What you’ll get:
