Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Lead content planning, creative development, and monthly content calendars.
• Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Plan and execute campaigns for product launches, festive promotions, store openings, and retail events.
• Drive influencer and content creator collaborations.
• Oversee community engagement and online brand reputation.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse KPIs, and prepare performance reports.




• Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, and regional stakeholders.
• Explore emerging trends, AI tools, and cutting-edge content formats to enhance digital engagement. What We're Looking For:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Experience in influencer management and creative direction.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
