Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction with digital marketing and web development services. Responsibilities include understanding client goals, coordinating with internal teams to plan and execute campaigns, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, and preparing regular performance reports and presentations. The role also involves identifying opportunities for account growth,



supporting proposal development, addressing client issues promptly, and maintaining accurate account documentation. The Account Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client objectives and Weboin’s quality standards. Qualifications
• Strong client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and account coordination skills.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing) and web development processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and common office productivity applications.
• Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data and present insights clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant experience in an agency or client-facing role is preferred.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a collaborative, ethical work approach.
• Interest in or experience with sectors such as Education, Real Estate, Medical, Fashion & Apparel, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, Retail, or Infrastructure is beneficial.
