• Release Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage release plan across PODs including Release deliverables/Features, Release timelines
• Support on Teva processes for data availability, Architecture approvals, risk and compliance reviews etc.
• Coordination across PODs for dependency planning and scoping
• Support dependency and conflicts across teams/PODs
• Support prioritisation and approvals for setting set up, data availability etc
• Risk Management & Mitigation from Teva
• Participation in Go/No Go Decisions and communication from Teva
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks
• Experience with release orchestration and automation tools
• Experience with MLOps/DataOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Airflow)
• Proficiency in version control and configuration management
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies
