• Manage and grow a portfolio of affluent clients.
• Understand client financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to recommend suitable wealth management products (Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, etc.).
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing based on market conditions and client objectives.
• Achieve sales targets through new client acquisition and by deepening wallet share of existing clients.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across wealth, insurance, and retirement planning solutions.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure strong relationships and excellent service delivery.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless experience from documentation to portfolio setup.




• Leverage digital tools and analytics to track client behavior and personalize engagement strategies.
• Work closely with research and product teams to tailor investment strategies aligned with client needs.
• Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and KYC norms. Skills Required:
• 2 to 3 years of proven experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and portfolio strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Client-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and financial planning software.
• Certifications like NISM VA, NISM XA/XB will be an added advantage. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. (MBA/CFP/CWM preferred)
