Bookzi is building a straightforward Digital Front Desk for Clinics. We help clinics manage online, phone and walk-in appointments in one place, while giving patients an easy way to book through the clinic’s own booking page or QR code. Bookzi is now live, with multiple clinics already onboarded, and we are expanding our pilot across Bengaluru. We’re looking for an energetic person who enjoys meeting people and is comfortable visiting clinics in person. What you’ll do
• Visit dental, dermatology, physiotherapy and other appointment-driven clinics across Bengaluru
• Speak with doctors, clinic owners and receptionists
• Understand how the clinic currently manages appointments
• Give a short Bookzi demo
• Help interested clinics register and complete their setup
• Help clinics configure doctors, services, schedules, booking page and QR code
• Follow up with onboarded clinics and help them start using Bookzi for real appointments
• Collect feedback from doctors and receptionists and share it directly with the founder
• Maintain a simple record of clinic visits, demos, follow-ups and activation status This is a field roleThis role involves regularly visiting clinics across different areas of Bengaluru. It is suitable for someone who is comfortable with:
• Field sales / business development




• Talking to doctors and clinic staff
• Product demonstrations
• Local travel within Bengaluru
• Follow-ups and relationship building Previous healthcare, pharma, diagnostic, medical-representative or field-sales experience is helpful, but not mandatory. What matters mostWe care more about confidence, communication, consistency and willingness to learn than a specific degree. You should be able to communicate comfortably in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is a strong advantage. Our current mission? Onboard 100 clinics ? Help at least 50 clinics actively use Bookzi in their day-to-day appointment workflow You won’t just be generating leads — you’ll work directly with the founder and help shape how Bookzi acquires and supports its early clinics. CompensationFixed internship stipend + performance incentives based on clinic onboarding and activation. High performers can take on larger growth responsibilities as Bookzi expands. ?
