Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior project execution at client locations. This role includes monitoring work progress, coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensuring that site activities meet quality, safety, and timeline requirements. The Site Supervisor will organize labor and materials, track daily work schedules, and resolve in office issues in a timely manner. The role also involves regular reporting to management, conducting site inspections, and maintaining documentation related to work completed and resources used.



The Site Supervisor will represent woodmaxinterior at the site, maintaining professional communication with clients and ensuring that project specifications are followed accurately. Qualifications
• Experience supervising interior or construction sites, with the ability to manage daily operations and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and basic technical drawings or site layouts.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices and compliance with relevant site regulations and standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
• Proficiency in basic documentation, reporting, and use of mobile or computer tools to track site progress.
• Prior experience in interior contracting, civil work, or project execution in a related field is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in civil engineering, interior design, construction management, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
