Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients. Daily activities include researching target markets, reaching out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and supporting the negotiation and closing of deals. The position also involves coordinating with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs, maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools,



and reporting regularly on sales pipeline and performance. The Business Development Executive contributes to strategic initiatives to expand Siskin Technologies’ market presence and revenue. Qualifications
• Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Business and account management capabilities, including client relationship building and post-sale support.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time and priorities independently.
• Prior experience in IT services, software sales, or related business development roles is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for tracking metrics and preparing reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
