About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and hire exceptional talent as we scale our teams across India and the UAE. This is a hands-on recruitment role where you will own the end-to-end hiring process, partner closely with hiring managers, and build strong talent pipelines across technical and non-technical functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering and sourcing to offer negotiation and joining.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Drive hiring across Engineering, Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Business functions.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, Boolean searches, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, assess suitability, and coordinate interview processes.
• Manage offer discussions, compensation negotiations, and candidate engagement through joining.
• Conduct market mapping, talent research, and compensation benchmarking.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and candidate records.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates,



and pipeline conversion.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers. What We're Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within fintech, technology, product companies, or high-growth startups.
• Strong hands-on experience hiring across technical and business functions, including Engineering, Product, Sales, Business Development, Operations, Risk, and Compliance, with the ability to manage diverse hiring requirements independently.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates through direct sourcing.
• Solid stakeholder management, candidate assessment, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. Good to Have
• Experience hiring across India and the UAE.
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or financial services hiring.
• Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and structured interviewing.
