Role Description The Production Support Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for ensuring smooth operation of production-related systems and applications. This role includes monitoring production environments, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing timely support to manufacturing and operational teams. The Production Support Engineer will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.



Daily activities involve documenting issues, maintaining support logs, coordinating with vendors or internal IT teams when needed, and contributing to continuous improvement of production processes and support practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Production Support and Application Support skills for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize production workflows.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve system, equipment, and process-related incidents.
• Relevant experience in industrial or automotive manufacturing setups, preferably in paints or chemicals, is beneficial.
• A diploma or degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams, along with clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO-certified environments, safety standards, and basic knowledge of automation or production control systems is an advantage.
