About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U FICA (Financial Contract Accounting) Consultant / SME with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Utilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA), with the ability to handle complex business requirements, provide solutions, lead discussions across teams, and drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP IS-U FICA.
• Design, configure, implement, and support SAP FICA solutions for Utilities.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Participate in solution design, technical discussions, and key project decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimize existing SAP solutions.




• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system performance and stability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide functional guidance.
• Follow Agile methodologies and standard software development lifecycle practices. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 7.5+ years of relevant experience in SAP IS-U FICA.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP for Utilities Customer Financial Management (FICA).
• Good understanding of SAP Utilities business processes.
• Experience in SAP FICA configuration, implementation, and support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and enterprise-level SAP environments.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities and contribute to solution decisions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Requirements
