The Role As a Program Manager within the Strategy & Insights team, you will help build and scale current program verticals at Elevate. You will own initiatives end-to-end, from setting up programs and taking them live to establishing operating processes and driving ongoing execution. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving open-ended problems, building from scratch, and working across teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build New Programs from Scratch
• Drive program setup and launch, translating business ideas into actionable execution plans.
• Define program requirements, operating models and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including travel to partner campuses as required, to ensure launch readiness. 2. Drive End-to-End Execution
• Own initiatives from initial setup through launch and ongoing operations.
• Coordinate across academics, operations, sales, marketing, finance and product teams to drive execution.
• Track milestones, manage dependencies and resolve bottlenecks to keep programs on track. 3. Build Processes and Operating Systems
• Set up SOPs, dashboards and review mechanisms for new programs.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build scalable processes and repeatable playbooks as programs grow. 4. Support Strategic Initiatives
• Support the evaluation, setup and scaling of new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and assess execution feasibility where required.
• Translate insights into actionable plans and drive implementation of cross-functional projects. What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting or similar roles.
• Experience setting up, launching or scaling a program, initiative or business vertical from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving, project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive execution across teams.
• Strong AI orientation, with the ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, automation and problem-solving. What Will Make You a Great Fit
• You enjoy building from zero to one and creating structure where none exists.
• You balance strategic thinking with attention to execution details.
• You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks and timelines.
• You are resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity and keen to learn across business functions.
