About the Role
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, building trusted relationships and maintaining clear, responsive communication throughout each project.
• Understand the agreed scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines and commercial commitments for every account and ensure nothing is missed.
• Create and manage project plans, trackers, timelines, approvals and status updates across multiple concurrent campaigns and client mandates.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across Sales, Brand Solutions, Content, Social, Events, Production and other teams to drive timely fulfilment.




• Coordinate external stakeholders including agencies, production partners, vendors, creators, talent teams and other project partners where required.
• Manage client feedback and approval cycles, translating feedback clearly to internal teams while protecting timelines, scope and quality of execution.
• Anticipate delivery risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early and proactively resolve or escalate them before they affect the client experience.
• Track all contractual and campaign deliverables, including content, posts, events, integrations, reports and other agreed outputs through completion.
• Support post-campaign reporting and client reviews by coordinating performance data, delivery summaries, learnings and next-step recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to deepen accounts through additional solutions, renewals and upsells, working closely with Sales and Brand Solutions on the next prospect.
• Maintain a high standard of client service in a fast-moving environment where multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholder groups are active simultaneously. Preferred Experience
• 5+ years of client servicing/account management experience, ideally within digital content, social media, influencer marketing, branded content, advertising, events or integrated marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and confidence managing senior client and agency stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisation, multitasking and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live projects, deliverables, approval cycles and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of digital/social content and campaign workflows; familiarity with influencer, entertainment or experiential projects is an advantage.
• Calm, solutions-oriented and accountable under pressure, with a strong instinct for client satisfaction and relationship growth.
