Role Description The Cyber Security – GRC Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include assessing cybersecurity risks, defining security policies and procedures, conducting regular control reviews, and overseeing remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities. The manager will collaborate with IT, business, and leadership teams to ensure security controls are effectively integrated into operations and projects. The role also involves preparing audit documentation, leading security awareness initiatives, and providing guidance on security best practices to stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong cybersecurity and information security skills, including experience with security frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Hands-on expertise in network security and application security,



with the ability to work closely with infrastructure and development teams.
• Proficiency in vulnerability assessment and risk analysis, including prioritization and coordination of mitigation activities.
• Experience managing GRC programs, including compliance with relevant regulations, audit requirements, and industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) are highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, communicate complex security concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to risk management.
• Experience in consulting or working with multiple client environments is an advantage.
