Key Responsibilities
• Drive retail leasing opportunities across high streets and malls.
• Build strong relationships with national and international retail brands.
• Identify potential retailers, landlords, and leasing opportunities.
• Manage site visits, commercial negotiations, and deal closures.
• Develop recent leasing mandates and maintain a strong business pipeline.
• Track retail market trends, rental values, and upcoming developments.
• Manage client relationships and drive repeat business.

• 5–10 years of experience in Retail Leasing / Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong network with national and international retail brands.
• Experience in High Street Retail and Mall Leasing.
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and business development skills.
• Strong understanding of Pune's retail real estate market.
