About the Role
Mindsprint is looking for an experienced Cloud Architect – AWS to design, implement, and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AWS networking, Amazon EKS, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and cloud architecture. The candidate will work closely with engineering, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to build and maintain enterprise-grade AWS cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and architect scalable, secure, highly available AWS cloud solutions.
• Develop and maintain AWS cloud architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement AWS networking components including VPC, subnets, route tables, Internet/NAT Gateways, security groups, NACLs, and load balancers.
• Architect and manage Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) environments.
• Implement containerized applications and Kubernetes-based workloads on AWS.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated application and infrastructure deployments.
• Work with DevOps teams to improve deployment automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement cloud security best practices, IAM, encryption, network security, and access controls.
• Monitor and optimize AWS environments for performance, availability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure and networking issues.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural recommendations to engineering and infrastructure teams.




• Create and maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and deployment standards. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Architecture.
• Excellent knowledge of AWS networking and VPC architecture.
• Robust experience with Amazon EKS and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Good understanding of AWS services such as:
• EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ELB/ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudWatch,EKS
• Robust understanding of cloud security, networking, scalability, and high availability.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong scripting/automation skills using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies. Good to Have
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or equivalent certification.
• Experience with multi-account AWS environments and AWS Organizations.
• Knowledge of serverless and event-driven AWS architectures.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
• Exposure to cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Knowledge of AWS security and compliance frameworks. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
