About The Role
Litemed makes clinically proven, drug-free pain relief devices, Curapod and Curapod M, for people aged 55+ and the families who buy for them. You will turn scripts, raw footage and creator content into videos that stop the scroll, explain the product simply and build trust. That means Reels, YouTube videos and Shorts, product demos, customer stories and video ads for both brands. What You Will Do
• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube long-form videos and Shorts from raw footage, creator content and stock, on schedule.
• Create product demo and how-to-use videos that a 60-year-old can understand at a glance.
• Edit customer testimonials and doctor or physiotherapist videos in a warm, real and credible style.
• Make video ads for Meta and YouTube in multiple versions and sizes (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for testing.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, text overlays, music and sound design in line with each brand’s look.
• Use AI video and audio tools to create more variations faster, such as voiceovers, background clean-up and B-roll.
• Check every video against health-claims rules and brand guidelines before sharing it for review.
• Rework edits based on feedback and performance data (watch time, retention, click-through).
• Organise and archive all project files, footage and brand assets so they are easy to reuse.
• Support shoots at the office, factory or customer locations when needed. Minimum Qualifications




• 2+ years editing short-form and long-form video for a brand, agency or creator.
• Strong in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and comfortable with After Effects for basic motion graphics.
• Good sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling for social media.
• Experience editing creator or influencer footage.
• Hands-on with at least one AI video or audio tool. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with a health, wellness, pharma or medical device brand.
• Sound design and colour grading skills.
• Has worked on more than one brand identity at the same time.
• Basic camera and lighting skills for simple in-house shoots.
• Understanding of YouTube retention and Instagram Reels best practices. Tools that help
• Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut
• Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• AI video & audio: Runway, Kling, ElevenLabs, Adobe Firefly
• Audio: Adobe Audition, royalty-free music libraries
• Planning & feedback: Notion, Google Drive, Frame.io How Success Is Measured (first 6 Months)
• All videos delivered on schedule as per the content calendar.
• Improved average watch time and retention on Reels and YouTube.
• At least 3–5 versions created for every video ad concept.
• Concept-to-final turnaround within 48–72 hours.
• Zero videos rejected for brand, policy or health-claim issues. Portfolio (required)
• 8–10 Reels or Shorts you edited, and 2–3 longer YouTube videos.
• At least a few pieces for a health, wellness or medical device brand.
• Examples of AI-assisted work, with a note on which tools you used.
