Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers for pending payments and outstanding dues. Handle payment recovery through calls and customer visits, if required. Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream. Good communication and negotiation skills. Experience in recovery, collection, or customer handling will be preferred. Ability to achieve targets and work independently. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
