About the Role
We are looking for a skilled SDET-2 with strong programming and automation engineering experience to drive quality across Web, Mobile, API, and backend applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation framework development, CI/CD integration, and exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based application testing. What you will do
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for frontend and backend applications.
• Build automated functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end test suites.
• Perform UI automation using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Develop mobile automation scripts using Appium for Android and iOS applications.
• Automate REST and GraphQL APIs and perform database and backend validation.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines and drive Shift-Left testing practices.
• Leverage GenAI and LLMs for test case generation, automation, debugging, and defect analysis.
• Test AI-powered applications for response accuracy, reliability, hallucinations, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and QA teams to drive continuous quality improvements.



What You Bring to the Table:
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python or Java; JavaScript is an added advantage.
• UI Automation: Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Mobile Automation: Appium (Android/iOS).
• API Testing: REST Assured, Postman, REST / GraphQL APIs.
• Frameworks: TestNG, JUnit, automation framework development.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker.
• Database & Backend: SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Microservices.
• AI & GenAI: Understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI-assisted testing, and LLM response validation.
• AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude. Good to Have
• Experience in FinTech, Lending, Loans, or NBFC.
• Kafka, Redis, AWS / Azure.
• Performance testing using JMeter / Gatling.
• Experience with LLM evaluation frameworks and AI testing tools.
