Fresher / 0–1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Onsite Job Summary BeatBox Fitness is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused HR Associate to support day-to-day HR activities across our studios in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources. The candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, HR coordination, employee engagement, and general HR operations. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of HR processes are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome members, trial customers, and walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage the front desk and ensure a positive first impression of BeatBox Fitness.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, walk-in enquiries, and general customer queries.
• Explain membership plans, class schedules, trial sessions, offers, and studio services.
• Book and confirm free trial sessions for prospective members.
• Follow up with trial bookings to improve attendance and reduce no-shows.
• Contact customers who miss or reschedule their trial sessions and coordinate new slots.
• Maintain accurate lead, trial, and member information in the CRM.
• Update call status, follow-ups, bookings, attendance, and customer interactions regularly.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups and membership conversions.
• Assist members with class bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and schedule-related queries.
• Check members in for classes and maintain accurate attendance records.
• Support recent members during registration and onboarding.
• Assist with membership renewals, upgrades, freezes, and other membership-related requests.
• Collect membership payments and provide payment receipts or confirmations as required.




• Follow up on pending payments and renewals in coordination with the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, trial customers, and member requirements.
• Maintain daily records of:
• Leads received
• Calls made
• Trial bookings
• Trial attendance
• Walk-ins
• Membership enquiries
• Follow-ups
• Payments and renewals
• Maintain the reception and front desk area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
• Ensure music, lighting, reception systems, and basic studio readiness are checked at opening and during operating hours.
• Support studio events, promotional activities, member engagement programs, and special campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with members and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and follow BeatBox Fitness policies and procedures. Required Skills
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Administration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and people-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and Google Sheets.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professional and positive attitude.
