Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage HR operations across multiple manufacturing units, with a focus on streamlining processes, strengthening compliance, and developing a centralized HR shared-services structure.

Key Responsibilities
• HR operations across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Develop and implement standardized HR policies, processes and SOPs.
• Oversee recruitment, payroll, HRMS, performance management and statutory compliance.
• Manage and guide plant HR teams, including industrial relations and contract labour management.
• Drive HR process improvements, digitization and HRMS implementation.




• Work closely with plant leadership and management on manpower planning and employee-related matters.

Requirements:
• 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of plant HR, industrial relations and labour compliance.
• Experience managing HR teams and operations across multiple locations.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll and HR process improvement.
• Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Candidates with experience in HR restructuring, centralized HR operations or shared-services implementation.
