Role Description The Design Team Manager for projects is a full time, on-site and detail design role based in New Delhi, responsible for delivering high-quality luxury architecture and interior design solutions. This role involves overseeing end-to-end design projects, from concept development and space planning to selection of furniture, finishes that align with brand standards and client expectations. Daily responsibilities include mentoring team members, conducting design reviews, collaborating with vendors and brand partners, and maintaining consistency across client projects. The role requires a strong balance of creative vision, organizational efficiency, and leadership to uphold the aesthetic and quality benchmarks of Seetu Kohli Home. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, mentor, and coordinate a multidisciplinary design team.




• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and international luxury brand partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to oversee project lifecycles, manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Candidates should possess Design skills, with experience in luxury interiors, furniture, or related design disciplines.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience leading design teams, preferably in marquee projects.
• Proficiency in relevant design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering tools).
• Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility aligned with luxury brands, and ability to work on-site in New Delhi.
