This role acts as the technical lead for cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response and network security governance. Primary Technology Ownership CrowdStrike Falcon, Prisma Cloud, Palo Alto Firewalls, Sophos Firewalls, Cisco Switches, Check Point EDR, VPN Services, Security Monitoring, Network Security Controls and Security Incident Response.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage CrowdStrike Falcon platform including policy management, threat hunting, IOC blocking, agent health monitoring and incident response
• Administer Prisma Cloud security posture management, vulnerability monitoring and cloud security governance
• Monitor and investigate security alerts from CrowdStrike, Prisma and other security tools
• Perform threat analysis, malware investigations and endpoint containment activities
• Configure and manage Palo Alto and Sophos firewalls
• Implement firewall rules,



NAT policies and VPN configurations
• Manage Cisco switch infrastructure including VLANs, port security and firmware upgrades
• Conduct vulnerability reviews and remediation tracking
• Support cybersecurity audits and compliance initiatives
• Develop security standards, SOPs and incident response runbooks
