About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and successfully closing positions across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand client requirements,

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles based on technical and business requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Recruit for niche and hard-to-fill technology positions.




• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
