Role Description The Manager Billing & Planning is a full-time, on-site role based in Mathura, responsible for overseeing project billing, invoicing, and planning activities. This role includes preparing and reviewing client bills, coordinating with site and accounts teams, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all invoices. The manager will track project progress against budgets, assist in project scheduling, and support revenue forecasting and cost control. Daily tasks involve monitoring billing systems, analyzing billing data, resolving discrepancies,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual terms. The role also requires regular reporting to senior management and collaboration with project stakeholders to maintain transparent financial and planning information. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in the billing process, invoicing, and use of billing systems.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills and experience with revenue cycle management.
• Solid understanding of construction project workflows, contracts, and cost control practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant planning or ERP tools.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with site, finance, and management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, engineering, or a related field; experience in construction or infrastructure projects is preferred.
