Position: Software Factory: AI Enablement (TT48SF RM 4575) AI Enablement Engineer – GitHub Copilot & Agentic Automation Job Responsibilities
• Implement GitHub Copilot-assisted development workflows.
• Develop CLI-based and agentic engineering automation.
• Build reusable AI workflows for code generation, reviews, documentation and test generation.
• Integrate AI tools with GitHub repositories, APIs and developer workflows.
• Develop scripts, templates and guidance for engineering teams.
• Validate AI outputs and support secure AI adoption. Mandatory Technical Skills
• Hands-on GitHub Copilot and agentic coding workflows.
• Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• GitHub APIs and developer automation.
• LLM API integration, prompt/context engineering and tool calling.
• CLI and scripting experience. Valuable to Have : GitHub Actions, MCP, LangChain/LangGraph or comparable agent frameworks, RAG, developer productivity tools. Candidate Fitment Must demonstrate: A working AI-driven development automation with tool invocation, repository context and output validation. Reject: Generic prompt engineers or ChatGPT users without actual automation development.
