Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Pune Division. The Travel Consultant will design and customize travel itineraries for domestic and international destinations, ensuring that trips meet travelers’ preferences, budgets, and expectations. Responsibilities include handling end-to-end travel arrangements such as transportation, accommodation, activities, and special requests, while maintaining accurate records of bookings and changes. The role involves managing reservations, coordinating with suppliers and local partners,



and proactively resolving any issues that may arise before or during travel. The Travel Consultant will also provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, offering destination guidance, and following up with travelers to ensure a positive overall experience. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management, with the ability to design customized itineraries and manage complete trip lifecycles.
• Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including transport, accommodation, and activity bookings with attention to detail.
• Proven Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, active listening, and timely problem resolution for travelers.
• Familiarity with travel booking tools, reservation systems, and basic office software.
• Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, particularly major Indian tourist regions and Southeast Asian locations, is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing workplace in the Pune Division, collaborating with team members and external partners.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry and a relevant diploma or degree (e.g., Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business) is preferred but not mandatory.
