That is where this role comes in. About Role We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to lead people partnering for one of our growing business teams. You’ll be the go-to person for leaders, managers, and employees, helping the business grow while keeping the employee experience strong. This is a hands-on seat in a fast-paced, evolving environment, so you’ll need to be comfortable moving between strategy and day-to-day execution. What you’ll do:
• Partner with leaders and managers on people priorities, performance, engagement and team matters.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on people-related queries and concerns.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances,



performance concerns and sensitive employee matters.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, career discussions and development actions.
• Use people data and insights to identify trends around attrition, engagement, performance and retention.
• Conduct regular employee connects to understand the pulse of teams and identify retention risks.
• Support key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, performance reviews, movements, promotions and exits.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Rewards and People Operations to ensure smooth execution of people programs.
• Worked on projects aligned towards HR Process improvements – Onboarding, Career Progression, succession planning etc. What we’re looking for:
• 5–7 years of HR experience in a HRBP / People Partner role, worked with B2B Saas for Sales Teams
• Experience supporting 250–350+ employees.
• Solid stakeholder management and employee relations experience.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and people managers.
• Good understanding of talent management, performance and people analytics.
• Someone who is hands-on, approachable and comfortable with change.
