Industry: Beauty, Nail Art & Professional Education About The Nail Art School The Nail Art School is a professional nail art training academy dedicated to helping aspiring nail artists build successful careers in the beauty industry. We are looking for a confident, energetic, responsible and result-oriented Academy Manager & Student Counsellor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counselling & Admissions
• Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media and walk-ins.
• Explain nail art courses, fees, batches and career opportunities to prospective students.
• Counsel students based on their interests and career goals.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Follow up regularly with interested students.
• Maintain accurate enquiry and admission records. 2. Academy Management
• Manage daily academy operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules, batches and student attendance.
• Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers and management.
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming academy workplace.
• Resolve student queries and coordinate day-to-day activities. 3. Sales & Lead Management
• Manage leads generated through Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads and other marketing channels.




• Make regular follow-up calls and WhatsApp communications.
• Work towards monthly admission and enrolment targets.
• Maintain daily and weekly enquiry, follow-up and conversion reports.
• Suggest ideas to improve student admissions and overall academy performance. Candidate Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, counselling and convincing skills.
• Experience in student counselling, admissions, sales or academy management preferred.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and computers.
• Positive attitude, skilled appearance and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
• Experience in the beauty, salon, education or training industry will be an added advantage. Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills may also apply.
