About StudilyXRStudilyXR is building an integrated XR, AI, and humanoid robotics simulation and training ecosystem designed to transform how students, researchers, and engineers learn, experiment, and develop intelligent robotic systems. Our vision is to create an environment where users can interact with virtual humanoid robots, capture human movements, simulate real-world tasks, train robotic behaviours using AI, and eventually transfer validated skills to compatible physical humanoid robots. We aim to bring together Extended Reality (XR), Physical AI, robotics simulation, motion capture, and intelligent robot learning into one integrated platform. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly capable and entrepreneurial Co-Founder & CTO to lead the technical vision, architecture, and development of the StudilyXR platform. This is not a conventional software development position. We are looking for someone who wants to own a deep-tech venture, build its core technology from the ground up, and shape its long-term product and engineering strategy. You will work closely with the founding team to transform the vision into a functional, scalable technology platform.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and lead the development of an integrated XR, AI, and humanoid robotics simulation platform.
• Develop immersive virtual environments using Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Integrate NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Isaac Lab for physics-based humanoid simulation and AI training.
• Design robotics middleware and communication systems using ROS 2.
• Integrate VR headsets, haptic gloves, motion-capture systems, and omnidirectional treadmills.
• Develop human-to-robot motion retargeting and motion-processing pipelines.
• Explore imitation learning, reinforcement learning, robot behaviour training, and sim-to-real workflows.
• Develop interfaces between virtual humanoids, AI training systems,



and compatible physical robots.
• Establish the technical roadmap, development standards, and software architecture.
• Build and lead the engineering team as the venture grows. Technical ExpertiseWe are particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Robotics & Simulation
