Build the content brand of a 20-year-old Kolkata Gemology and lab-grown diamond boutique We are a 20+ year-old gemology and lab-grown diamond boutique in central Kolkata. We’re hiring someone to raise the standard of our content and welcome customers in the showroom. You’ll work on real luxury products and build a portfolio most creators at this level never get. Our name and Instagram handle are shared with shortlisted candidates. What you’ll do
• Create and publish content every month: 10 Reels, 15+ posts, and weekly stories. You plan, shoot, edit and post, with creative freedom within the brand’s look
• Greet showroom visitors and present diamonds and gemstones
• Learn on the job: gemology basics, how to sell, and other retail skills. Training provided
• Keep displays and shooting spots ready, and customer records updated What we’re looking for
• A portfolio or live account showing content you’ve made (Reels, edits, product shots)




• Working skill in any editing tools you choose (Canva, IG Edits, Adobe Premiere or others). You bring your own phone and tools
• Comfortable appearing on camera and speaking with customers
• Graduate preferred. Fluency in English, Bengali and Hindi counts in your favour, since our customers speak all three. Gemology or jewellery interest is a plus, not a requirement Terms
• Mon-Sat, 11 AM-7 PM
• ₹18,000-23,000/month, based on skills shown in the content task
• 6-month initial term, with extension and a path to lead our social media
