Role Description The Accountant role at Aanshe Medtech Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing and maintaining financial records, posting journal entries, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Responsibilities include handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring timely invoicing and vendor payments. The Accountant will help prepare financial reports, support internal and statutory audits,



and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and local tax regulations. This role involves close coordination with finance, operations, and management teams to provide accurate financial data for decision-making and to maintain solid internal controls. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in general accounting principles, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable and receivable processes, invoicing, vendor management, and cash flow monitoring.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid skills in spreadsheet tools (e.g., MS Excel) for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and audit support procedures within the local regulatory framework.
• Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to maintain organized financial records in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or a regulated industry is preferred but not mandatory.
