Delhi The Art X Company is hiring for their client Teamwork Arts a Manager / Senior Partnerships and Sponsorship. We are looking for a results-driven professional to lead sponsorship sales, partnerships, and new business development for its festivals and events. The role involves identifying revenue opportunities, building strategic alliances, managing client relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, experience in sponsorship or media sales, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with brands and organisations. Essential

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
• An MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline will be preferred. Essential

Experience:
• 6+ years of experience in sales, sponsorship sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in events, media, or festival management




• Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets
• Experience in key account management and relationship building with clients
• Exposure to CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales pipeline management Key Roles/Responsibilities:
• Identify recent revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by management
• Understand thoroughly and establish appropriate channels/mediums of reaching the target audience keeping the budget in mind
• Prepare a weekly action plan along with the team
• Track Pipeline, Call reports, Lead tracker report and update it in the CRM
• Responsible for selling our festivals to prospective sponsors and alliance partners against agreed targets
• Responsible for Relationship building & key account management with existing clients to get more business
• Do market research & prepare database, schedule meetings with respective people.
