Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Icons Kuwait. This full-time, on-site position in Ghaziabad involves overseeing content and research initiatives, guiding brand and marketing efforts, and building partnerships with business leaders, institutions, and sponsors. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the platform’s value proposition, supporting sales activities, supervising project timelines, and ensuring high editorial and ethical standards. The Co-Founder will collaborate with other leadership team members to manage budgets, set performance goals, and develop new products or services that expand the organization’s reach. The role also includes representing Icons Kuwait at events and meetings, fostering a strong organizational culture, and continuously identifying opportunities for innovation and impact. • Proven ability to lead teams, manage operations, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
