About Us
Wood Be Done is a premium interior design studio in Hyderabad, featured in Architectural Digest and Elle Decor. We handle everything from design to installation, backed by our own modular furniture manufacturing facility in Hyderabad. Every project has a story: the client’s brief, the design thinking, the craftsmanship, our own internal processes and the final reveal. We’re looking for someone to tell those stories well. The Role You’ll own the “what” and “why” of our social content. You’ll work alongside our in-house video editor and photographer, who handles shooting and post-production. • Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos and longer walkthroughs
• Create storyboards and shot lists for site shoots, factory shoots and project reveals
• Develop content series such as before/after transformations, design breakdowns, material explainers, client stories and behind-the-scenes from our factory
• Write hooks, captions, on-screen text and voiceover scripts
• Brief our editor on pacing, tone and structure, and review edits against the script
• Track what performs (watch time, saves, shares, enquiries)

and refine scripts based on it What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years writing scripts for short-form video, ideally for a lifestyle, design, real estate or premium brand
• A portfolio of scripts or storyboards that turned into published videos
• Strong instinct for hooks and the first 3 seconds of a Reel
• Ability to turn technical details (materials, finishes, joinery, CNC work) into engaging, simple stories
• Comfortable visiting project sites and the factory
• Interest in interiors, architecture or design is a big plus Why Join Us
• An in-house production setup, so your scripts actually get shot
• Creative ownership of the brand’s storytelling
